Time To Go Back to Council-Manager Spokane Government?  It will be ten years since Spokane's "strong mayor" government charter change.  Is it time to rethink this change?  Has experience shown we would have better government under the council-manager form?  I may be propose an initiative for use by those who think it time to change back to the council-manager government.  It is time to begin a debate.  I sense Spokane is adrift.
Publication of Washington Court of Appeals Opinions.  An effort to get the Washington Court of Appeals to either publish all of its opinions or allow citation of any and all unpublished opinions (they in fact are published in that they are available on the web) without penalty to the person who makes the citation.
Supreme Court Rules, Washington.  Efforts to get the Washington State Supreme Court to change some of the its court rules so as to allow greater openness of the work of the court and the knowledge and understanding of the bases upon which the court accepts petitions for review of decisions of the Court of  Appeals.
